Jal Kamal Yoga hold two weekly yoga classes in Penwortham, Preston. The 1 hour sessions take place each Wednesday evening at 6-7pm and 7-8pm at Galloway's Society for the Blind.

This weekly class is a dynamic and fun flow class, with a variation of poses to strengthen body and mind. The style of yoga is Vinyasa, which means 'connection of movement and breath'. Through the use of creative sequences of postures, meditations and breathing techniques, my ‘you-centred’ yoga classes are inviting and nurturing leaving you feeling vitalised and reenergised with a deep residing sense of peace and wellbeing.

Price

Classes are charged at £8 per person for a drop-in session or discounted monthly subscriptions at £28 per month. These classes are perfect for beginners who want to explore yoga and great for enthusiasts, who want to deepen their practice.

What to wear

Just something that is easy to move in and something you feel comfortable wearing. Any type or regular sports clothes or just leggings and a t-shirt.

What to bring

Yoga mats are required however mat hire is available for £1 per session. You may also choose to bring a bottle of water to cool down.
