Jal Kamal Yoga is able to deliver private couples yoga sessions in the comfort of your home or from one of the studio spaces I utilise throughout Preston, Lancashire and the North West.
You maybe be nervous to try yoga for the first time and would prefer to be introduced to yoga in your own private space and time. Couples yoga is a relaxed, fun and friendly way to start your yoga journey.
Couples yoga will allow you to feel a connection—and a form of support, both physically and emotionally. Even if you’re both beginners (or you’re at different stages if one of you is experienced with yoga and the other one is not), taking couples yoga is the perfect platform for supporting one another.
